Is there any proper documentation on how to install The Fuck on Windows CMD?

I've been browsing this repo a lot, looking for a solution/guide on how to install it on Windows CMD. By the way, I'm using Oh-My-Posh and CLink for both my CMD and PowerShell. There seems to be no proper solution/guide on this topic, but I'll list out all the issues that I've read so far:

I've also read this manual: https://github.com/nvbn/thefuck/wiki/Shell-aliases and have successfully installed it on PowerShell. The manual doesn't seem to include installation for CMD. However, I can't get it to work on 'CMD`. Perhaps I've just overlooked the proper documentation, I'd appreciate it if someone were to direct me to the solution 😇

Why are you using cmd instead of powershell?????

Is it a cardinal sin to use CMD over Powershell? Anyways, it doesn't answer my question
