I've added two ephemeral GH runners to github-runner-4 machine with https://github.com/myoung34/docker-github-actions-runner . They were running but the problem was with rustc (https://github.com/nymtech/nym/actions/runs/3897375116/jobs/6654985364) for some reason. Will investigate.

Also, there's a new official docker image actions/runner#367 . I might play with that a bit
