Hi,

Congratulation to the Obs-studio dev, Obs is a nice tool :-)

I'm streaming 24/7 a decor with my home web server, I simultaneously broadcast with the stream video a 24 hours soundtrack recorded by myself. I began to stream the video for 14 months ago, I broadcast a 24 hours soundtrack with the video since May without time elapse issue until now.

I reproduce the same issue on windows 10, OBS-Studio-30.2.3-Windows-Installer

Increase to the maximum the sound volume when watching the attach file below

Current Behavior

Issue with the time elapsed, in fact, the time elapsed freeze, no issue with the streaming file, the sound broadcasting is well reproduce.

No issue like it with a smaller file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a 24 hours sound file to play with obs
2. play the sound file
3. the file is playing, well reproduce on the streaming platform but no time elapse on the Obs UI

Anything else we should know?

Audio files extension .m4a and .mp3 were tested
