--reuse is misleading

looks like --reuse recreates the deployment and not reusing the existing one.
I'm deploying my own deployment for ktunnel with image from my own nexus and proper security context.
without -r ktunnel.exe just fails. with -r it creates another revision of the deployment.
Pls make it use existing deployment.
