Allow users to adjust resolution

When a site has many physical lights present, the performance can suffer a bit because of how heavy the rendering calculations become.

I've noticed that turning down the display resolution on my laptop allowed more lights to be put into the environment without hurting performance. It would be great if users were able to adjust the resolution of the site editor itself to decide on the tradeoff between performance and appearance.
