Problem

GitHub Actions has this nice option to group logs: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/writing-workflows/choosing-what-your-workflow-does/workflow-commands-for-github-actions#example-grouping-log-lines
It can help collapse logs by topic, allowing you to get quicker to the relevant point
It also allow for triggering warnings and events using a similar syntax: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/writing-workflows/choosing-what-your-workflow-does/workflow-commands-for-github-actions#setting-a-debug-message
