The Extract button isn't here when there is no picture,

@teolemon I think it got fixed in #3026 ,
Perhaps it could be closed now

I think he meant on the product addition page, or when you first send a picture via the photo manager then we should directly ask to verify the generated data

This makes sense and could be added by just checking if the URL for the ingredient image is null.
Perhaps I could do it, should I go for this approach?
