Allow to positively confirm the presence or absence of all Eco-Score labels

• Create a label input screen for the Eco-Score with an option to mention that the user has checked the presence or absence of all of the Eco-Score labels. This will require a server upgrade.

If I understand, the goal is to add an extra screen to ask if a label is on the package?
Where should it be available? in the product page? in the edit mode?

@teolemon We already have a "label" input widget in the "edit product" page, that uses our standard "edit with suggestion" widget.
Do you want a specific widget for "label", with an additional limited list of highly expected labels? (like a dozen, including for instance "AB bio", with check boxes)

I'm not sure adding a specific feature like this for the Eco-Score is a good idea.

A more generic feature with common labels (for the country and possibly for the category if we already have it) could be interesting.

But I would suggest not to rush any feature, and think more about how it fits in the overall product data entry. e.g. we could just ask people to add photos of all logos, and then have robotoff detect them instead.

@stephanegigandet That wouldn't be too hard to develop as we've already added a similar "add other pics" to the "origins" edit widget in #4863.
Could do the same for "labels".

If I remember well:

• the "labels" taxonomy is full of highly improbable items like "Best AAAAA andouillette 2014"
• the taxonomy picker is not at all user-friendly, given that the hierarchies are not always self-explanatory and that we potentially need to display several branches at the same time
