Wrong title in 'Check your changes' update page

When the user is reviewing the changes done to a record in the register, the page has the wrong title 'Confirm new record'

(domain)/country

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Login as custodian
2. Click in a register (ex: Country)
3. Edit one record
4. Modify something
5. Click 'Continue'

Actual result
Page title is 'Confirm new record'

Expected result
Page title should be 'Confirm update record' (or similar)

Suggest we align with the page heading when a custodian makes a change directly, which is: Check the details of your change to country

So, Check the details of a change to [country]

correction: this applies to the browser tab, not the header text. Browser tab should read 'confirm a change'
