Opensearch rest-client jar not available in maven repo.

I see the elastic search dependence is present in the maven repo but for the OpenSearch, no dependence/jar is present in the maven repo.
Where can we download the OpenSearch rest-client.jar released versions?

Not currently available, but I think we're close. This is dup of #581 and you can track the work in opensearch-project/opensearch-build#20. 😢
