Plugin repo is missing general developer guide for basic things like:

  • prerequisites to start development in repo
  • how to setup repo
  • how to start test cluster
  • how to run tests
  • how to debug code

We can take example of knn dev guide as a starting point, many of things from there are applicable to neural-search repo.

there is one more thing we want to improve, related to intake for new normalization/combination techniques, but that has a separate github issue: #444
