Eyeballing the metrics and the contents of https://github.com/opensearch-project/neural-search/blob/main/MAINTAINERS.md a number of folks have not been active for a while.

Move those who are no longer actively maintaining this repo to Emeritus.

Please move yourself to Emeritus in a PR if you're no longer active or comment here if you are or are not still actively maintaining this repo, and I can move the rest to Emeritus in 1 PR.

Im still actively maintaining. Most of the people in the list are required because of rotation of release ownership. What is guidance on managers and maintainership? They are not adding a lot of commits but my perspective is its good to have them as admins. Not sure if @ylwu-amzn and @jngz-es still want to be maintainers - they are more on ml-commons side.
