[BUG] Cypress test failing in functional test repo #381

What is the bug?
Currently, the functional test repo only contains the rules_spec cypress tests, which started failing with the 2.5 release (opensearch-project/opensearch-build#2908). PR opensearch-project/opensearch-dashboards-functional-test#456 attempts to pull in changes to the existing tests, and add in the additional tests that have implemented since the 2.4 experimental release of the plugin. However, the tests are failing, primarily in the before steps.

The main branch of the FTR has been updated with the most recent cypress tests for the plugin. Will continue to monitor CI flows for flakiness.
