Letting the analyzer capture the publishing date of dependency packages would offer a simple way to write policy rules that warn if a package was published, say, more than 5 years ago (which probably means you should upgrade, see #4903, or find a replacement for a seemingly orphan package).

Could probably be solved in a similar way as #4903.
