Need to clarify the definition of scaly (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/PATO_0001804)
Current definition is " A texture quality inhering in a bearer by virtue of the bearer's being covered or partially covered with scales."
It is unclear if this is meant to cover

• true scales
• scaly skin as in patches of thick, dry, shedding epidermis
• both

Need to determine the intent of this and if we can use this in a UPheno pattern obophenotype/upheno#896
