Output audio sample rate should be 44100 by default, instead of 22050. This fork main target is desktop computers, with enough computing power and speed. The user should be able to build the library with 22050 as well, if wished.
Samples size is 16 bits by default, as before. The option to use 8 bits samples will be available as well.
Building and installing the example program should be an option as well.
