support all window functions

After #9450, the window function framework is almost done. We need to support all window functions under that framework, which includes:

• CUME_DIST(executor: support window function cume_dist #9619)
• DENSE_RANK(executor: support window function rank and dense_rank #9500)
• FIRST_VALUE(executor: support window function first_value and last_value #9560)
• LAG(executor: support window function lead and lag #9672)
• LAST_VALUE(executor: support window function first_value and last_value #9560)
• LEAD(executor: support window function lead and lag #9672)
• NTH_VALUE(executor: support window function nth_value #9596)
• NTILE(executor: add window function NTILE #9682)
• PERCENT_RANK(executor: add window function PERCENT_RANK #9671)
• RANK(executor: support window function rank and dense_rank #9500)
• ROW_NUMBER(executor: support window function row number #9098)

Does Common Table Expression (with statement) support? And when release CTE functions and windows functions?

@vkingnew Window function will be released in 3.0. Common table expression is not yet supported, you can take a look at #6824.
