Is there an existing such new check request for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Explain

Detect when the ebuild declares PYPI_PN that's equal to PN. Could happen e.g. after we do a pkgmove.

Examples

dev-python/python3-discogs-client as of gentoo/gentoo@c8ea8ee.

Output message

PYPI_PN is equal to PN and can be removed
