Popup Coming No Internet Conneciton

Hi,

----For example #1 (The Problem);
I'm opening game first time and i have no internet connection. Google Play Login popup is showing up.

For Example #2 (Not Problem);
I'm opening game first time and i have internet connection Google Play Login popup is showing up i logged. I'm opening game again and i have no internet connection Google Play Login popup is not showing up eveything is normal.

How can i fix it? How can i check internet connection. Please help i need to publish game today.
