feat: configuration panel

i’m thinking we’re going to need a config gear with a side-panel so things can be adjusted… not for MVP for sure.. but eventually

items to adjust:

1. Number of header ticks (Only under labels? sub-ticks? etc.)
2. Date Granularity (unit: months, quarters, weeks, days, etc..)
3. Today line visibility (hide it entirely? display the line? display the label?)
4. Theming (dark/light)

anything else that may need configured... (open for discussion and planning)

Talked with Juan and Molly about this. WONTFIX until we need it. we don't want roadmap creators targeting a specific view with settings and then having consumers not get the expected view. The less settings we have, the more consistent the viewing experience
