Webbook CC copyright notice language does not match book metadata language when logged in

Description

When logged in, the Creative Commons copyright notice on the webbook landing page matches the User Profile language setting and does not match the Book Info metadata language. This can cause the final webbook to appear in one language except for the CC copyright notice. When the user is logged out and views a public webbook, the CC copyright notice language matches the book metadata language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to a Pressbooks user account.
2. Choose a book with the Book Info metadata language set to English.
3. Change the User Profile language to a language other than English.
4. View the public webbook's license information in the metadata section while logged in.

Expected behavior: The CC copyright license matches the language of the Book Info metadata and appears in the same language as the other metadata elements.

Actual behavior: The CC copyright license matches the User Profile language while logged in.
