In order to do an integration test we will need a dev geth instance from which we can query data to feed the circuit input builder.

We also will need some setup code to generate data: deploy test smart contracts into the dev blockchain, generate some transactions etc.

@noctrlz started working on this: #202 and I've also made some contributions to this work, which is WIP.
