Currently the percentage is e.g. "red" for when there are any failures already.

It would be nice if it was bold for the line where new failures occurred.

Likely should be done after #6409.

fwiw, I've just updated to the newer pytest and the changes here are pretty jarring -- why are we changing the percentage color at all?
