In the current implementation, it's not allowed to deploy custom helm charts for hosted providers https://github.com/rancher/rancher/blob/release/v2.7/pkg/controllers/dashboard/hostedcluster/controller.go#LL83C18-L83C33
We need to be able to deploy helm charts which we build in our e2e for every PR that was merged. At the moment we are blocked from testing any changes.
