To support CAPRKE2 with CAPA (or any other infrastructure provider) we need to find a way to build and distribute SLE Micro images that have all RKE2 components and dependencies baked-in. This means that there will be a separate CAPI image for every RKE2 version. The reason behind this is that CAPI treats machines as immutable and upgrades require a rollout of new machines.
