Ideally we should be able to call these scripts like this:

python -m cuvs_bench.hdf5_to_fbin and python -m cuvs_bench.fbin_to_fp16. Currently, we need to explicitly call the scripts from the source code and they are nested too deeply in directories for this to be practical and easy.
