В контракте будет не ссылка на issue, а название проекта и его владелец, для того чтобы можно было все данные о задаче отображать в приложении
Подключить chainlink для отображения цены
Сделать так, чтобы цена задачи начиналась от 2$
Настроить таймер по которому смарт контракт можно будет продлить(по предложению исполнителя) или переназначить
