Feature request: "Convert to Zettel"

I have a large number of notes exported from various other places (Evernote etc.) that I would like to pull into my Zettelkasten easily. It'd be much easier for me if I had a one-click "Convert" feature that, for a given Markdown file, and 1) added the UUID to the filename and 2) inserted the completed "New Zettel Note" template at the top of the file.

This seems easy enough to implement. I'd be happy to submit a PR if you think it's a good idea.
