Some rjd3toolkit functions are only used by one package. Perhaps these functions should be moved to the corresponding package to lighten rjd3toolkit?

For example, the .p2r_datasuppliers function branch whould (maybe) be moved to rjd3providers.

What do you think, @palatej ? The timeseries.R file and some modellingcontext.R functions?
