I could not upload to S3 at Singapore #135

~# AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=###### AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=##### gof3r put -b mysql-backup -k 20180301_grafana.sql --endpoint=s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com 
panic: can't find endpoint region

I could not upload to S3 at Singapore. Also the endpoint ends with amazonaws.com. Could you please help me fix it?

Also I followed this link https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html#s3_region to find the correct Region.

@r0039 try it with s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com
