[ergoCubSN000] Update the configuration file to be alligned with the IIT 20y demo #571

This PR aims at merging the config files used during the 20y demo. In details:

  1. Add the battery device in ergocub_wbd.xml
  2. Increase the nominal and peak current
  3. Enable the waist imu in WBD
