Once #181 is merged, we should be ready to get rid of ftMultipleAnalogSensorIdxMapping, that is a mechanism required when the FT could be read either via IAnalogSensors or via ISixAxisFTSensors.

A bug that is probably created by the confusion in that part of the code: #193 .
