When ROR incorporates the Crossref Funder Registry, we will need to restructure our relationship metadata to support the same hierarchies that the Funder Registry has. This ticket will keep track of the clusters of organizations we know will need to be re-reviewed at that point.

Addressed by data model roadmap issue, so no longer appropriate for ror-updates.
