What tool are you using?
Channel Feed Manager 1.0.1.4

Describe the bug
I've generated a simple single unit on Channel Feed Manager and got errors on Roku Search validator.
JSON provided from the Channel Feed Manager > Tools > Generate Search Feed from this file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to your feed json with a single item
  2. Click on tools > generate search feed from this file
  3. No errors in there
  4. See errors during Roku Search validator on dev portal
    Feed Link: https://storage.googleapis.com/pri-dev-account.appspot.com/testsearch.json

Expected behavior
No errors on Roku search validator

I'll need your feed file to investigate further.

Sorry, but, I need the Json feed you used to create the search feed. Not the resulting search feed.

Np! That's the feed JSON used to create the search feed to test small: https://storage.googleapis.com/pri-dev-account.appspot.com/test.json

This may be a problem with the Roku validation process. Please see #186 . Your search feed seems valid, especially considering that some of the complaints are for optional values.

I would suggest you contact Partner Success or the contact form for specific help. There have been past complaints about the search validation process on the Roku forum.

Please post back when you hear from them.
