CentOS is a fucking pain. Makes a lot of sense to migrate the Ceph playbooks to Ubuntu 18.04. But yeah, won’t remove the CentOS playbooks in case someone really wants them.

Tasks
—

  1. Create ceph/ubuntu18 modules that use ceph-deploy to deploy a functional Ceph cluster, just like ceph/centos7.
  2. Switch the deployment machine from CentOS to Ubuntu.
  3. Update documentation.
