Draw ocean currents flow data from ROMS model

When I extract data from ROMS model, ocean currents flow data grid like this:

Is it posible to draw ocean currents flow using wind-layer?

@quangtt2016 At present, there is no good way to deal with it, but I am testing another way to convert screen coordinates through the built-in way of map engine, which may take some time.
