If you're using your own hotword, you need to follow the steps below. Be sure to point to the location of the hotword and correctly spell it. If all else fails, I believe the --model argument allows you to also run your own hotword.
If you're utilizing the alexa hotword, then attempt also to put --model before the location of Alexa.
