No audio on Nexus 4

I tested with a Nexus 4 and Samsung S III. The Samsung can receive and send audio. The Nexus 4 can send audio, but there's no volume on received audio.

We do not have a Nexus 4 at the Serval Batcave, so we cannot reproduce. Attaching an adb logcat dump to this issue would help us diagnose the problem.

I've switched from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2 custom rom since then and now I can speak and hear on both phones. I tried this with a Galaxy SIII and a Nexus 4. The audio received on the Galaxy S III from the Nexus 4 is crisp and clear, but the audio from the Galaxy SIII to the Nexus 4 gets cut off a little. I don't know if the Nexus 4 is a bad receiver or if the Galaxy SIII has a problem transmitting.
