Feature Request

I think it would be great to add support 3rd party plugins, similar to how kubectl has plugins.

Description

I was thinking of implementing a CLI tool similar to kubectx to manage multiple talosconfig files. I think it would be cool/useful to have such tools integrate with talosctl, just like we can do that for kubectl
