Introduce special editor for taxonomy selection

The editor combines the references editor with a secondary editor that shows the whole taxonomy hierarchie at once and allows to select and deselect items.

This makes searching for taxonomies by name obsolete in most cases.

Improved User Interface

The user interface has been improved and now makes the distinction between vocabularies and taxonomies much clearer.

The following improvements are included aswell:

• Ask for confirmation before deleting
• Delete taxonomies and vocabularies across dimensions
• CLI commands for pruning and populating of dimensions
