Distributor and primdrop lose contents on derez

As originally reported by Miriam, if you derez then rerez a distributor / primdrop their contents get lost.

We probably can't stop this happening - the object needs to be saved in the rezzer to survive derez/rerez.

But we should do something to mitigate - one option would be to give the owner the contents on derez. Alternatively maybe it should just refuse to derez and make you do it manually.
