Source maps generation

I use polyify with babelify (due to ES6 and JSX usage in my project).

So, my transforms array looks like this: ['babelify', 'polyify'], because if I put polyify in first place it will fail with syntax error. But when I use it in the order I described earlier, my source maps are becoming broken.
