The following commit is needed from src/sonic-platform-daemons submodule. so update the submodule up to below commit.

There is a dependency for this commit in src/sonic-platform-daemons update with src/sonic-swss PR #2277, update the src/sonic-swss up to the following PR commit while updating src/sonic-platform-daemons.
