Atualmente a mensage de log retorna somente a diferença da quantidade bases esperadas e as que chegaram no email, não retornando informação de quais bases estão faltando.
Este código já existe em https://github.com/splor-mg/dados-armazem-siafi/blob/main/scripts/extract.R
