Remove warnings for the usage of Debug.Trace

Possibly purescript-psa could be used to achieve this

--censor-codes=UserDefinedWarning works, with the obvious downside that it removes all user defined warnings.

An alternative is

import Debug.Trace (class DebugWarning)

main :: DebugWarning => Effect Unit

Edit: Hmm, just tried this in the grid-kit example, and it hangs the browser...
