Feature Issue

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to understand the messages are still being fetched (i.e. Store query has not finished) so that I know something is in progress and I don't overload Store nodes with extra clicks on fetch messages.

Description

Summary: When I click Fetch messages no a community channel, I have no way to know if the query is running, failed or finished. This might lead to me clicking the Fetch messages again unnecessarily

Acceptance Criteria

comment: # User can understand the state of the query
