W przypadku CLI język można ustawić za pomocą polecenia:

set DOTNET_CLI_UI_LANGUAGE=en

Można to sprawdzić za pomocą polecenia:

dotnet --help

Niestety w przypadku budowania projektu to nie działa

dotnet build

Komunikaty nadal są w języku systemu operacyjnego.
Jedyne rozwiązanie to zmiana języka w systemie operacyjnym.
