Does pysunspec offer the ability to query RTU devices via RTU Encapsulation over TCP?

Just like Modbus, the TCP functionality uses the Modbus TCP framing and the serial interface functionality uses the RTU framing. If you connect via TCP you can only issue TCP commands, and the same with RTU. Also, pysunspec is deprecated. We'd reccomend using pysunspec2.
