[SC-IDE] Open file by searching for Class or method in a pop up window.

A keystroke would open a popup window with a text field. One key combo would be for class names another for methods. Typing on the text field would present the class names/methods that match the text, and then clicking on one would open that class file, or if it was a method, open the class file at that method.
