If someone searches for a journal/year/etc., we should show that field in the model list #14

Right now, the model list only has some basic metadata. However, the search/filter functionality also supports other criteria. If these additional criteria are used, the list item should also show the value of the relevant field.

For example, if I search by journal and input "bioinformatics", each list item can also have a "journal" metadata line added to it with the relevant information there, so I can check if my search was in fact "successful" (probably highlighted to make it clear that this is now a filter/search criterion, not just any other metadata).
